| Abstract: | In this study,a strain of
strict anaeroblc bificobcteriumbifidus isolated from a healthy person was first tamed to grow
underoxygenresistant condition,Then, oxygen-resistant bifidobacterium wasused to treat mice
bearing H22 tumor. The results indicated thatbifidobacterium may play an anti-tumor effect by
activating macroph-ages characterized with improved lysozyme activities and enhancing Thelper
lymphocytes function marked with a high ratio of L3T4 subsets. |
