海藻糖对双歧杆菌DM8504菌株冷冻干燥保护效果的研究

摘    要:本文就海藻糖对DM8504双歧杆菌的冻干保护效果进行了研究,考察了海藻糖浓度、保护剂溶液与菌泥混合时间对DM8504冻干存活率的影响,结果证实该保护剂对DM8504双歧杆菌有良好的冻干保护效果,优于其它保护剂。

Abstract:In this paper, trehalose was used as a cryoprotectant for DM8504 bifidobacterium. The effects of trehalose concentration and mixing time of trehalose solution with centrifuged Bifidobacterium mud on the survival rate of Bifidobacterium during lyophilization and the long-storage were studied. We found that 20% trehalose solution and 20-40 min. mixing time before freezing was essential to get a high survival rate for Bifidobacterium during freeze-drying. DM8504 bifidobacterium powder with trehalose was far more stable than other.
