脾虚湿盛泄泻患者肠道微生态及舌部菌群变化的临床观察

目的通过对脾虚湿盛泄泻患者的肠道微生态以及舌象变化观察,了解舌象和舌部菌群变化及其与肠道微生态失调的相关性,从微生态学方面揭示中医舌诊的机制。方法选取脾虚湿盛泄泻的患者30例及正常健康人30例(作为对照组)为研究对象。观察舌象变化,测定粪便中4种肠道常驻菌及舌部菌群的变化情况。结果脾虚湿盛泄泻的患者粪便中双歧杆菌比正常健康人明显减少(P<0.05),并且其舌部(腻苔)的菌群构成与正常健康人(薄白苔)差异有显著性。结论脾虚湿盛泄泻患者存在明显的肠道微生态失调及舌部菌群改变,并且两者具有相关性。

Clinical study on tongue coating bacteria and intestinal microdysbiosis of diarrhea patients due to spleen-deficiency

Objective To study the relevance of tongue phase,tongue coating bacteria and intestinal microdysbiosis by observing the intestine microecology and change of tongue phase of patients.Methods 30 spleen-deficiency patients were devided into three groups randomly,30 normal persons as control group.To observe the tongue and to examine the bacteria change of excrement and tongue coating.Results The quantity of bifidobacterium in 30 spleen-deficiency patients excrement reduced obviously.The strcture of tongue coating bacteria was diverse to the normal person.Conclusion Intestine microdysbiosis and change of tongue coating bacteria are found on spleen-deficiency pacients,which are interrelated.
