神经内科与神经外科抗菌药物使用与细菌耐药的比较

摘    要:目的 比较神经内科与神经外科抗菌药物使用与细菌耐药情况.方法 计算各类抗菌药物的累积每日约定剂量(defined daily doses,DDD),以及院内感染主要病原菌的耐药率.结果神经内科的抗菌药物总用量为47.83 DDD/100床日,神经外科为78.91 DDD/100床日.神经外科院内感染的凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌、肠球菌和大肠埃希菌对抗菌药物的耐药率普遍较神经内科为高.结论 在抗菌药物使用与细菌耐药水平之间存在着一种联系.

Abstract:Objective Antimicrobial use and resistance was compared in a neurology ward with a neurosurgery ward.Method By calculating the defined daily doses(DDD) of antimicrobial drugs and the resistance rate of the most frequent bacteria that caused hospital infection.Results The overall consumption of antibiotics was 47.83 DDD/100 bed-days in the neurology ward and 78.91 DDD/100 bed-days in the neurosurgery ward.Coagulase-negative Staphylococci,Enterococcus and Escherichia coli from nosocomial infection in the neurosurgery ward were more resistant to antimicrobials than those in the neurology ward.Conclusion A relationship exists between antimicrobial use and resistance.
