对回春生生产菌种DM8504菌株的研究总结报告

本文对回春生生产菌种双歧杆菌ＤＭ８５０４株的研究作了总结报道。ＤＭ８５０４林是青春型双歧杆菌的一个变种，该菌株具有明显的生态效应，对调整肠道菌群失调有明显的效果。该菌淋经过试管内、动物体内及人体内试验证明是一个理想的微生态调节剂生产菌株。通过实验和临床观察证明，该菌株对降低血内毒素，治疗肝炎等多种疾病均有明显的辅助治疗作用。该菌株是从健康人的大便标本经分离培养并加以驯化等复杂过程而获得的生产菌株。

RESEARCH ON A VARIANT OF BIFIDOBACTERIUM ADOLESCENTIS DM8504 STRAIN, AS THE SEEDS OF BIFIDOBOGEN PRODUCTION

The DM 8504 strain,production seeds of the Bifidobiogen,is a varia-nt of Bifidobacterium adolescentis.This is a efficient strain controlling variety of diarrhea due to disturbance of normal flora and is of efficacy for patients with acute and chronic hepatitis as supplemental therapy. It is proved that this preparation could reduce the concentration level of blood endotoxemia which present in liver disorders usually.This strain was isolated froln a healthy adult and it was transformed to facuItive anaerobes from obligate one through domestication or muta. tion in continuous subcultivation for long time with anaerobic and aero-bic condition synchronously. DM8504 strain can be reverted to originally anaerobic organism byorally administration and colonization in small intestine of gf n1ice.
