| 摘 要： | 本文观察了分叉双歧杆菌对小鼠腹腔移植的淋巴细胞腹水瘤(SRS)的抑制作用。结果发现,分叉双歧杆菌在SRS瘤细胞移植前或移植后应用,均能明显抑制瘤细胞的生长,特别在移植后应用,抗瘤效果更显著。主要表现为荷瘤小鼠存活时间延长、存活率提高。将该菌预先进行处理或不处理后加入体外培养的SRS瘤细胞中,发现该菌对离体的瘤细胞生长也有直接抑制作用。

| Abstract: | The effect of Bifidobacterium bifidum on the growth of transplantable mouse ascitic tumor(SRS) was studied.Intraperitoneal injection of this bacteria markedly inhibited the growth of intraperitoneally inoculated SRS and prolonged the life span of mice with tumor whether it was injected before or after SRS inoculation, particularly injected after. The main antitumor effects on SRS by this bacteria showed that the incidence of tumor decreased and the incidence of survival increased in mice inoculated with SRS tumor cells.In vitro the antitumor effect of this bacteria on the cultured SRS tumor cellswas also observed. These results suggested that this bacteria had antitumor effect on mouse ascitic tumor invivo and in vitro. |
