摘    要:为了深入地研究肠道菌群的生物屏障作用,我们使用Wistar大鼠制备烧伤动物模型,定量地分析了烧伤大鼠肠道粘膜和内容物中5类菌群,且对血液和内脏进行了细菌培养,结果显示烧伤大鼠48h菌群变化明显,烧伤大鼠48h血培养阳性率为50%,细菌移位率达41%,烧伤24h血浆内毒素升高,二胺氧化酶活性和结肠IgA水平下降,发生了内源性感染症。

Abstract:To investigate the biologtical barrier function of intestinal mucosa, animal burn model were used to make by wistar' s rate , and guatitative analysis of 5 species of indigenous membranous and luminal bacteral flora was made , and at the same time culture of blood and viscera were taken. The results showed marked changes in intestinal membranous flora 48h after burn injury ,and the rate of positive blood cul- ture was 50 %, and rate of translocation of bacteria fo the adjacent tissues was 41% , and plasmic endotoxin was elerated 24 after burn injury , dianine oxiase ac- tivifty and level of lgA in intestinal content were reduced, the burn rate occurred en- terogenous infection.
