摘    要:细菌稳定 L 型的形态、培养特性以及生化反应常与原菌不同,其菌落在盐水中不能乳化,故不能通过玻片凝集测定其抗原。对于这种一时不能回复为原菌的 L 型很难进行鉴定。本文采用免疫酶技术对由鳝鱼和鲫鱼胆汁诱导的 El Tor 型霍乱弧菌稳定 L 型进行了鉴定。实验证明 L 型的细胞壁可有不同程度的缺失,稳定 L 型仍可能有少量“O”抗原存在。PAP 法比较敏感,即使少量抗原亦可以检出。

Abstract:Since the morphology,cultural characters and biochemical reactions of bacterial stable L-forms are different from those of vegeta- tive forms and the variants can not be iden- tified by slide agglutination because the co- lonies fail to suspend in saline,so it is more difficult to identify the variants by routine tests,In this paper,the stable L-forms of V.cholerae biotype eltor,which were induced by the biles of eels and crucian carps and appeared to be filamentous forms,were iden- tified by peroxidase-antiperoxidase(PAP), an immunoenzymatic technique,successfully. The results demonstrated that the cell wall of L-forms could be defective in varying de- grees.The stable L-forms still remained some components of bacterial cell wall,such as O antigen.PAP method is very sensitive,only a little amount of the antigen can also be detected.
