摘    要:近年来,随着微生态学的发展,越来越多的学者认识到肠道微生态平衡对人体健康的重要意义。许多研究表明植物多糖作为肠道微生态调节剂,具有调节肠道菌群比例、促进肠黏膜修复、增强肠黏膜分泌型免疫球蛋白表达及调节细胞因子水平等作用。除此以外,植物多糖具有来源广泛、成本低廉、作用效果好等优势。本文归纳了近年来报道的具有肠道微生态调节功能的植物多糖及其研究方法和作用机制等,希望为今后的研究重点和发展方向提供参考。

Research progress of plant polysaccharides on intestinal microbiome
Abstract:Abstract: In recent years, more and more scholars have recognized the importance of intestinal microecological balance to human health with the development of microbiome. Many studies showed that plant polysaccharides, as a kind of intestinal microbiome regulator, can adjust the ratio of intestinal flora, promote mucosal repair, enhance the expression of intestinal secretory immunoglobulin, and regulate the levels of cytokines etc. In addition, plant polysaccharides as effective intestinal microbiome regulator can be obtained from extensive sources with lower cost and better effect. This paper summarizes the research methods and mechanisms of action of plant polysaccharides with the effect of adjusting intestinal microbiome in order to provide references for the priorities and development direction of future research.
