摘    要:目的提高花生壳粉饲用价值。方法采用多种益生菌进行半固体发酵。结果益生菌发酵的花生壳粉,其蛋白质含量提高6.3%,无氮浸出物含量提高3.7%,粗纤维含量降低12.5%;用发酵的花生壳粉替代15%全价饲料饲喂生长育肥猪,增重和料重比与完全饲喂全价饲料对照组比差异无显著性,并能降低腹泻发生率和减少粪臭。结论益生菌发酵的花生壳粉能部分替代全价饲料喂猪和有效防制猪腹泻。

Abstract:Objective To improve the feeding value of peanut shell powder. Method Semi-solid fermentation was performed using multiple probiotics. Result After fermentation by multiple probioties, the protein content of peanut shell powder increased by 6.3% ,non-nitrogen extracts increased by 3.7% ,while crude fibers decreased by 12.5%. There were no significant differences between the weight gain or feed weight ratio of growing-finishing pigs fed on complete feed containing 15% of fermented peanut shell powder and that of pigs fed on 100% complete feed. Besides, the incidence rate of diarrhea and odor of pig dung were also reduced in the group fed on fermented peanut shell powder. Conclusion Peanut shell powder fermented by probiotics can be used to partially replace complete feed and effectively prevent diarrhea in pigs.
