摘    要:比较酪乳酸杆菌(Lactobacillus casei,L.casei ATCC 7469)、粪链球菌(Streptococcus faecalis,S.aecalisATCC 8043)测定强化食品中叶酸的含量,结果表明,S.faecalis比L.casei检测时限短1d,实验操作容易把握,分别对两种菌检测结果重现性进行比较,P>0.05,差异无统计学意义,两种方法实验结果比较,P>0.05,差异无统计学意义.

Abstract:Lactobacillus casei(L.casei ATCC 7469) and Streptococcus faecalis(S.faecalis ATCC 8043) as the testing bacteria for the detection of folic acid were compared.The results showed that the detection period of S.faecalis was one day shorter than that of L.casei,and the operation was easy to handle.Comparison of the reproducibility of the testing results by the two bacteria showed no significant difference(P>0.05),neither did the results of the two methods(P>0.05).
