摘    要:采用半选择性培养基MRS从传统发酵食品中筛选出2株细菌,经鉴定一株为双歧杆菌,另一株为乳酸杆菌.按照益生菌标准对上述2株菌的耐酸、耐胆盐、抗药性、抑菌等性能进行评价,结果表明其均可作为益生菌用于降胆固醇产品.

Abstract:Two strains were screened from traditional fermented food by using semi-selective MRS agar and identified as Bifidobacterium and Lactobacillus respectively.Those two strains were tested according to the standards of probiotics,with regard to the resistance to acid,bile salt,antibiotic and inhibition to bacteria.The results showed that these strains can be considered as probiotics and applied to Cholesterol-reducing product.
