大连地区微小膜壳绦虫1例感染及流行病学分析

目的分析微小膜壳绦虫感染人体所致病变特点及临床表现，阐明微小膜壳绦虫病发病的流行病学依据。方法对大连地区1例微小膜壳绦虫病患者的发病原因及临床表现，结合文献报道对其流行病学进行探讨分析。结果人体感染少数微小膜壳绦虫时，一般没有明显的症状。感染严重时，尤其在儿童可表现消化系统与神经系统的症状，注意饮食卫生和加强鼠害防制是控制该病感染和传播的重要措施。

Report and epidemic analysis of 1 case with Hymenolepiasis nana in Dalian aera

Objective To analysis the clinic and pathological characteristics of Hymenolepiasis nana and explore the epidemiology basis lead to Hymenolepiasis nana . Method Combining with document reports, pathogenic factors and clinical manifestations of a patient with Hymenolepiasis nana in Dalian area were analysed on its epidemiology. Result This example patient does not had obvious symptom before having illness coming on, the physical examination was checked and aetiology diagnoses had made by egg from excrement sample. Conclusions Patients did not generally had obvious symptom. When infecting serious, patients could display digestive system and symptom of nervous system in children especially. Noticing dietetic hygiene and managing mouse was an important measure to control this disease.
