| 摘 要： | 本文应用Ｉｎｔｅｎｓｉｆｉｅｄｋｉｎｙｏｕｎ（ＩＫ）改良抗酸染色和结核菌抗休免疫组织化学染色检测了５１例恶性淋巴瘤组织功片内结核菌及其Ｌ型感染率。结果发现５１例恶性淋巴瘤组织功片中，ＩＫ染色阳性２５例（４９％），免疫组化染色阳性２６例（５０．９％），并发现结核菌Ｌ型感染与恶性淋巴瘤的疗效有关（Ｐ＜０．０１）。故认为恶性淋巴瘤中，结核菌Ｌ型感染是一个值得进一步研究的课题。

| Abstract: | ntensified kinyoun(IK)and lmmunohistochemical
Staining(PAP)were applied to study the tissue section of 51 cases of malignant lymp-homas for
detaction of tubercle andtheir L-forms.The result showed 26 cases(50.9%)were positive in PAP
staining and 25 cases (49%)in Ik staining.At the same time,it was discovered that the infection
of the L-form of tubercle bacilli is related to the treatment of malignant
lymphomas(P<0.01).Hencc,in conducting research on malignant lym-phomas we consider that
the infection of the L-forms of tubercle bacilli is a subject worth further studying. |
