摘    要:目的 研究超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)猕猴桃果汁姑降低血清、红细胞丙二醛(MDA)含量及提高机体免疫球白水平的作用。方法 测定SOD弥猴桃果汁服用前后正常妇女红细胞MDA及血清MDA、免疫球蛋白IgG、IgA、IgM的含量。结果 SOD弥桃果汁服用后,红细胞与血清MDA含量显著降低血清,免疫球蛋白IgG、IgA、IgM的含量。结果 SOD猕猴桃果取用后,红细胞与血清MDA量显著降低,免疫球蛋白IgG、

Abstract:Objective\ To observe the effects of superoxide dismutase (SOD) kiwifruit juice on humoral immunity and the Content of malondialdehyde (MDA) in the Red Blood Cell and the Serum. Methods\ Measure the content of the immunoglobin G (IgG), the immunoglobin A (IgA), the immunoglobin M (IgM) in the serum and the levels of MDA in the red blood cell and the serum before and after taking SOD kiwifruit juice in normal women. Results\ (1) The content of MDA in the red blood cell and the serum decreased significantly after taking SOD kiwifruit juice. (2) The levels of the IgG, IgA and IgM in serum showed a tendency to increase after taking SOD kiwifruit juice. The levels of the IgG and IgM in serum increased significantly. (3) The content of MDA in the red blood cell and the serum had negative correlation the levels of the IgG, IgA and IgM in serum. The levels of IgM in serum had significant correlation negatively with the content of MDA in the red blood cell and the serum. The levels of IgG in serum had significant correlation negatively with the content of MDA in the red blood cell. Conclusion: The crude SOD kiwifruit juice may promote the antioxidative functions, cut down the content of MDA in the red blood cell and the serum and raise the levels of the IgG,IgA and IgM in serum.
