| 摘 要： | 目的研究杨梅果实提取物的抗小鼠腹泻作用，包括预防和治疗作用。方法给小鼠腹腔注射甲型副伤寒沙门菌造成急性腹泻模型，经口灌胃杨梅果实提取物溶液，通过腹泻次数研究提取物对小鼠腹泻的预防作用；先灌胃杨梅果实提取物溶液再给小鼠注射菌液致泻，记录腹泻次数以研究提取物对小鼠腹泻的治疗作用。结果灌胃杨梅果实提取物的小鼠的腹泻次数均有明显的下降，且醇提物的作用效果要好于水提物。结论杨梅果实提取物对甲型副伤寒沙门菌引起的小鼠腹泻具有一定的预防和治疗作用。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the prevention and antidiarrheal activity of the extracts from Chinese bayberry fruit on mice diarrhea. Method The acute mice diarrhea models were induced by intraperitioneal injection of Salmonella and administered bayberry extracts orally; then the number of diarrhea was observed to study the prevention role of the extracts. The extracts were administered orally to the mice, and the mice diarrhea was induced, and the number of diarrhea was observed to study the antidiarrheal activity of the extracts. Result The number of diarrhea in each group administered bayberry extracts was reduced,with the effect of the ethanol extract being stronger than that of water extract. Conclusion The bayberry extracts had prevention and antidiarrheal activity on diarrhea of mice induced by Salmonella paratyphi A. |
