沙门菌CWDMs乳酸脱氢酶同功酶的观察

摘    要:采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳法检测伤寒杆菌和甲型副伤寒杆菌的CWDMs及其宁代细菌型和伤寒杆菌粗糙型的乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)同功酶,以了解沙门菌CWDMs生物氧化的特点和机制,探讨CWDMs变异的性质。结果表明,伤寒杆菌和甲型副伤寒杆菌的细菌型及伤寒杆粗糙型在聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳后显示出相同的4种具有不同泳动速率的LDH同功酶,但CWDMs仅显示2种LDH。CWDMs的2种LDH同功酶与其亲代细菌型及伤寒杆

Abstract:To understand the character and mechanism of biological oxidation of the cell walldeficient mutants (CWDMs) of Salmonella and to probe the properties of the CWDMs, the isozymes of LDH of the CWDMs of S. typhi H901 and S. paratyphi A and their cell wall deficient mutants CWDMs, and the rough strains of S. typhi which were reverted from the CWDM of S. typhi by the PAGE. The results were showed that there were four bands of LDH with different moving rate would be found in the S. typhi, S. paratyphi A and the rough strains, but only two bands of LDH would be found in the CWDMs. The LDHs isolated from the CWDMs were fast move which were simillar to the two bands with fast moving rate of the LDH isolated from the S. typhi, S. paratyphi A or the rough strains. It was suggested that the slower bands of LDH which were deficient in the CWDMs would be responsable to the fermentation of carbohydrate and the metabolism of pyruvic acid by oxygen-independent.
