益生菌对婴幼儿肺炎并发腹泻的治疗作用

目的　探讨益生菌对婴幼儿肺炎并发腹泻的治疗作用。方法　回顾分析6 5例婴幼儿肺炎并发腹泻患儿,使用益生菌+黏膜保护剂(治疗组4 9例)及单用黏膜保护剂(对照组16例)对腹泻的治疗效果。所有患儿均行大便常规及轮状病毒检测,大便常规正常,轮状病毒阴性。结果　治疗组及对照组在肺炎出现腹泻时间、腹泻后开始治疗时间及重型腹泻所占比例上差异无显著性( P>0 .0 5 )。治疗组有效率为98% ,明显高于对照组的75 %。结论　益生菌联合黏膜保护剂治疗婴幼儿肺炎并发腹泻,疗效高,值得推广。

Effect of probiotics on the treatment of diarrhea after pneumonia in children

Objective To detect the effect of probiotics on the treatment of diarrhea after pneumonia in children.Methods 65 children with diarrhea after pneumonia were included in the study respectively,those children with abnormal stool routine test and positive rotavirus antigen were excluded from the study.The 65 children were divided into the treatment group and the control group according to the treatment of diarrhea:the treatment group were treated with probiotics and smecta,the control group were treated with smecta only.Then compare the effective rate of the two groups.Results The time interval between the onset of pneumonia and diarrhea of the treatment group was not different from that of the control group significantly.The course before treatment of the treatment group was not differentfrom that of the control group significantly.The percent of severe diarrhea of the treatment group was not different from that of the control group significantly.The effective rate of the treatment group (98%) was significantly higher than that of the control group (75%) ( P >0 05).Conclusion Probiotics combined with smecta could treat diarrhea after pneumonia effectively.
