呼吸道感染与甲型链球菌的相关性研究

目的：探讨呼吸道感染与甲型链球菌的相关性。方法 对呼吸道感染患者和健康对照组口腔咽后壁取样进行分析。结果 健康对照组中甲型链球菌检出率（５０％）明显高于呼吸道感染病人组（２５．７５％），且各疾病组甲型链球菌检出率均有显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．０５），如肺内感染１６．６７％，支气管炎１７．２４％，具有显著性差异（Ｐ＞０．０５），但肺炎患者甲型链球菌检出率５３．８５％与健康人相比无显著性差异（Ｐ＞０．０５）

STUDIES ON CORRELATIVITY BETWEEN THE INFECTION OF THE RESPIRATORY TRACT AND A-HEMOLYTIC STREPTOCOCCUS

The winter and spring are the seasons in which the infection of respiratory tract occurs frequently.The analysis results of the samples from the back throat of the patients with the infection of respiratory tract showed the determination rate of a hemolytic streptococcus of control group(50%)was much statistically increased than that of the patients group (25.7%, P <0.05).And also increased than that of the lung infection group(16.67%)and the bronchitis group (17.24%, P <0.05).but the pneumonia group (53.85%, P <0.05).The mone than two of the aerophil bacteria from 35 patients were separated,and determination rate of S.pneumoniae,Neisseria and a hemolytic Streptococcus were increased.The white monilia was separated from 14patients.It means that the badctria group in mouth and thrat of the patients with the infection of respiratory tract were abnormally placed.The test of drug susceptibility indicated that drug resistibility bacteriaexist.
