益生菌在治疗内蒙古地区高发病症中作用的研究

内蒙古地区由于其独特的气候类型和人们的生活习惯,使过敏性鼻炎(AR),呼吸道感染和高血脂成为其地方高发病症。而微生态制剂作为近几年兴起的一种新的药物,日益受到了人们的关注。本文通过分析国内外益生菌方面的研究,探讨了益生菌在治疗内蒙古地方病——过敏性鼻炎,呼吸道感染和高血脂方面的作用。其中,大量数据表明嗜酸乳杆菌和鼠李糖乳杆菌等菌株在治疗过敏性鼻炎时有一定疗效;在治疗呼吸道感染时,益生菌可以通过改善发病严重程度和缩短发病时间达到治疗的目的;在降低血脂方面,目前临床研究植物乳杆菌和嗜酸乳杆菌有较好的效果。在讨论完这3类病症后,本文还对微生态制剂在治疗地方高发病的前景做了简单展望。

The role of probiotics in treatment of disease prevalent in Inner Mongolia

Abstract: The distinctive climate and living in Inner Mongolia result in the high incidences of allergic rhinitis(AR), respiratory tract infection and high blood lipids in the area. As a new medicine that emerges in recent years, probiotic preparations have attracted more attention from researchers. By analyzing the researches on probiotics at home and abroad , this article discussed the role of probiotics in the treatment of diseases prevalent in Inner Mongolia, such as AR, respiratory tract infection and hyperlipidemia. Lots of the data showed that Lactobacillus acidophilus, LGG and some other strains have certain efficacy for treatment of AR. Probiotics can also treat the respiratory tract infection by reducing the severity of the illness and shortening the course of illness. As for improvement of hyperlipidemia, both Lactobacillus plantarum and Lactobacillus acidophilus are effective, according to clinical researches. The future vision of probiotics in the treatment of diseases highly prevalent in the local area was prospected as well.
