| Abstract: | Typing reagents were prepared determining the class I antigens of the main histocompatibility complex in cattle (BoLA). The microcytotoxic test was applied to analyse 450 sera (reagents) obtained from cows postpartum. Testing these sera on the panel of lymphocytes from unrelated animals and calculating mutual correlations of the reactions, we determined 113 groups of similarly reacting sera (clusters) which determine 13 specificities of Class I BoLA complex. The majority of these correspond to the internationally approved BoLA antigens. |
