| 摘 要： | 血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)是一种促进血管生成的生长因子,因此被用于研究心肌缺血的治疗。目前,用VEGF重组蛋白和基因治疗心肌缺血的基础和临床试验都取得了相当的进展。对这方面的进展进行了综述。

| Abstract: | Vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) which is one of angiogenic growth factors has been used to treat myocardial ischemia.In recent years,basic and clinical studies on treating myocardial ischemia with recombinant human VEGF and DNA encoding for VEGF have made great advances.The structure and biological function of VEGF,basic and clinical progress and problems in this field were reviewed. |
