| 摘 要： | 原核细胞的分裂机制一直是人们研究的热点 ,经过多年来的不懈研究 ,人们发现FtsZ蛋白在细胞分裂过程中发挥着重要作用 ,并且是最早出现在分裂位点的蛋白 ,而且直接参与启始了细胞分裂环的形成 ;此外 ,对ftsQAZ基因簇的深入研究也大大加深了人们对原核细胞分裂的认识。就目前原核生物细胞分裂的调控机制作一综述。

| Abstract: | The mechanism of prokaryotic cell division has been the hot spot of research for a long time.Recently,people find that FtsZ acts very important role in the process of prokaryotic cell division .Also,FtsZ was identified as one of the earliest acting division factors in tn the division site,it involves in the foundation of cytoplasmic ring directly.Additional,with the research of ftsQAZ cluster,people have understood the mechanism of prokaryotic cell division more deeply.This paper will give a review about the control mechanism of prokaryotic cell division. |
