Abstract:Double-Stranded RNAs(dsRNA) are inducer of interferon,interleukin 6 and interleukin 2,which can augment human natural killer cell activity and potentiated Lymphokine actived killer cell activity.But dsRNAs are so diverse as to include those which are considered beneficial such as their immunoadjuvant effects as well as those which are considered toxic such as their pyrogenic effects.Mismatched Double-Stranded RNAs are nontoxic analogues of dsRNAs,which can affect human immune respondence without side effects.PolyI:PolyC 12 U is best compared with a lot of Mismatched Double-Stranded RNAs.
