摘    要:近年来实时定量RT-PCR(real-time quantitative RT-PCR,qPCR)由于其具有敏感性,广阔的动力学范围,可靠性的特点,成为基因表达研究的标准方法。介绍了实时定量RT-PCR的原理和实验过程中的潜在问题,并且讨论了实时定量RT-PCR在植物基因表达研究中的应用。
