| 摘 要： | 近年来实时定量RT-PCR（real-time quantitative RT-PCR，qPCR）由于其具有敏感性，广阔的动力学范围，可靠性的特点，成为基因表达研究的标准方法。介绍了实时定量RT-PCR的原理和实验过程中的潜在问题，并且讨论了实时定量RT-PCR在植物基因表达研究中的应用。
