摘    要:正常关节软骨所受压力是由动态压力与静态压力交替完成。压力引起软骨一系列生理变化包括细胞及细胞外基质成分变形、组织内液体流动、水流电位和生理生化变化。这些变化直接调控细胞外基质代谢。体外构建有良好功能的组织工程化软骨是目前软骨病变、缺损理想的修复方法。研究力学环境对软骨基质代谢的影响,对构建组织工程化软骨有深远意义。

Abstract:The ability of cartilage to withstand press and tensile stregth is dependent on the proteoglycan and collagen meshwork,the two major components of cartilage extracellular matrix (ECM).Regulation of the synthesis and the degradation of cartilage ECM is influenced by mechanical factors both in vivo and in vitro.The mechanical loading can cause the change of tissue and cell deformation,tissue fluid flow,compressive pressure,and streaming potentials.It is important to construct tissue engineering cartilage in vitro.Dynamic and static compress play different roles in ECM metabolism.It has been proved that cycle dynamic compress,intermittent hydrostatic pressure and a rotating bioreactor can offer the positive environment for the synthesis of cartilage matrix.
