纳豆激酶溶解血栓机制

摘    要:根据已有文献报道,综述了关于纳豆激酶溶栓机制的研究进展,将纳豆激酶的溶栓机制归纳为以下四点:直接溶栓作用;刺激血管内皮细胞产生内源tPA;激活体内尿激酶原转变为尿激酶;通过降解和失活纤溶酶原激活剂的抑制剂(PAI1)调控纤溶作用 。

Abstract:The article reviewed the Advances in research of Thrombolysis mechanism of Nattokinase and summarized it as follows:Direct thrombolysis; Endogenous t-PA was produced by Nattokinase stimulating endothelium; Pro-urokinase was activated by nattokinase; Fibrinolysis effect was regulated by digesting and inactivating PAI-1.;
