| 摘 要： | 目的:研究胰岛素分泌细胞的体外诱导方法及其对大鼠糖尿病的疗效.方法:分离培养大鼠骨髓干细胞,用尼克酰胺及肠促胰岛素类似物诱导其分化为胰岛素分泌细胞.将24只Wistar大鼠随机分为对照组、糖尿病组和诱导组.后两组建立糖尿病模型,将该胰岛素分泌细胞回输至诱导组体内,监测大鼠体重、血糖(空腹及OGTT 120分血糖)及空腹...
