| 摘 要： | 转化了乙肝病毒 preS2 S基因的重组巴斯德毕赤酵母菌株经甘油培养基充分增殖 ,然后转移到甲醇培养基中进行诱导表达。破碎细胞并提取胞内蛋白 ,经ELISA和WesternBlot检测 ,证明有 4株GS1 1 5 /HIS MUT 表达了HBVM蛋白。

| Abstract: | The Pichia pastoris recombinants transformed with HBV preS2 S gene were induced with methanol following proliferation in glycerol medium.Then we analyzed the production of Hepatitis B Virus envelope protein preS2 S in cells.ELISA and Western blot analysis showed that 4 GS115/HIS MUT clones have expressed HBV middle surface protein. |
