Preparation of specific immune RNA on idiotype for anti-pulmonary carcinoma

To explore the preparation of specific immune RNA on idiotype and further study immunotherapy of tumors. Sheep were immunized with the removed pathogenic organize from a patient suffer from pulmonary carcinoma. Immunized sheep organs were used to making immune RNA which were injected back to the donor patient. The patient's condition was apparently improved by this treatment. All specifications are in conformity with the requirements of national of standards for the same kind of medicine. This specific immune RNA has a certain practical value and provides a basis on the application of anti-tumors treatment.
