| 摘 要： | 用健康人T淋巴细胞免疫猪,检测指标合格后采集猪血浆,经热吸收去除相应的杂抗体后,用改进的低温乙醇法分离纯化得到抗人T细胞猪免疫球蛋白。试生产5批,其主要质量指标均符合《中国药典》的要求,表明改良的低温乙醇法可用于纯化抗人T细胞猪免疫球蛋白。

Study on the purification of anti-human T lymphocyte porcine immunoglobulin with low temperature ethanol processes |

| Abstract: | Immune pigs with healthy human T lymphoid cells.After absorbing the impurity antibody from the qualified pig blood plasma,the rest plasma were purified through the improved low temperature ethanol processes to obtain anti-human T lymphocyte porcine immunoglobulin.Applying this improved process to 5 batches of plasma and examining the main quality index sign of those immunoglobulin,the results are found to be conformed to Chinese pharmacopoeia,which expressing the possibility of the process improvement. |
