乙型肝炎血源疫苗皮内接种4年效果观察

为了解乙型肝炎血源疫苗皮内接种的持久效果，选ＨＢｓＡｇ、抗－ＨＢｓ和抗－ＨＢｃ均（－）的９～１１岁儿童１０３名，随机分成４组，分别皮内接种１μｇ×４和３μｇ×４（均按０，１，２，５月程序）和肌肉接种１０μｇ×３和３０μｇ×３（各按０，１，２月程序）。首针后４８月时，１μｇ、３μｇ、１０μｇ和３０μｇ组抗－ＨＢｓ≥１０ｍＩＵ／ｍＩ者各为６９．２％，８０．０％、９２．３％和８１．８％；ＧＭＴ则为１４．５，７９．０，４４．８和７０．９ｍＩＵ／ｍｌ，３μｇ×４皮内免疫的近期和远期效果与肌肉组３０μｇ×３相似，宜于某些人群采用

Four year follow up of intradermal injection of plasma derived hepatitis B vaccine in children

To evaluate the efficacy of intradermal injection of plasma derived hepatitis B vaccine,103 children aged 9 11 years who were negative for HBsAg,anti HBs and anti HBc were tested.Children were randomized to one of four groups,the groups1 and 2 were administered intradermally with 1 μg×4 and 3 μg×4 at 0,1,2 and 5 months and the groups 3 and 4 were administered intramuscularly with 10 μg×3 and 30μg×3 at 0,1,2 months,respectively.48 months after first dose immunizaion,the rates of anti HBs≥10 mIU/ml in groups 1,2,3 and 4 were 69.2%,80.0%,92.3% and 81.8%.the geome tric mean titres of anti HBs were 14.5,79.0,44.8 and 70.9 mIU/ml respectively.No significant differences in the short term and long term efficacies could be found between the 3 μg×4 intradermal immunization group and 30 μg×3 intramuscular immunization group.The results show that intradermal injection with hepatitis B vaccine 3 μg×4 schedule may be appropriate for certain population.
