| 摘 要： | 实验研究中对结合分枝杆菌感染菌液进行活菌数量与毒力的稳定性观察。以活菌计数与感染豚鼠后的肝、脾、肺病变指数为评判指标进行观察,结果显示低温保藏菌液在32个月内,其活菌数量处于6.7～18×105CFU/ml之间,感染豚鼠的肝、脾、肺病变指数处于42～51之间。说明低温保藏菌液具有很好的稳定性,可作为结核分枝杆菌感染豚鼠模型标准化用菌液。

Preparation and stability study on Mycobacterium tuberculosis suspension for evaluating protection efficacy of tuberculosis vaccines |

| Abstract: | Observation on stability of viable M.TB count and virulence was carried out on M.TB suspension kept at low temperature.Colony-Forming Units(CFU) and lesion scores of liver,spleen,lung from infected guinea pigs were determined as surrogate in this study.Results showed that the viable count of M.TB suspension in 32 months kept at low temperature is range of 6.7 105 CFU /ml to 18 105 CFU /ml,and lesion scores of liver,spleen,lung from infected guinea pigs ranged from 42 to 51.The M.TB suspension kept at low temperature is very stable.It is used as an standard challenging suspension for TB guinea pigs model. |
