| 摘 要： | 为了建立测定抗天花免疫球蛋白效价的检测方法,采用抗天花免疫球蛋白50%中和100PFU痘苗病毒的稀释度来确定其效价。通过与NIBSC提供的抗天花人免疫球蛋白标准品进行的对比试验,结果显示基本一致,证明该方法是可行的。

| Abstract: | In development a method of PRNT to determine titer for anti-smallpox immunoglobulins was conducted in this investigation.The titer was measured by using the anti-smallpox immunoglobulins with a certain concentration,which was diluted into a solution with a concentration for 50%neutralizing 100pfu vaccinia virus.In comparison with determination by using the standard preparation of anti-smallpox immunoglobulins provided from NIBSC,the result of our developed measurement is conformable and applicable with a good stability. |
