| 摘 要： | 用ＥＬＩＳＡ法检测了甘肃张掖地区２８４名小学生血清中抗－ＨＣＶ，阳性率为２．８％（８／２７６）。与北京、深圳、南京、青岛等地比较证实，除与青岛地区自然人群抗－ＨＣＶ阳性率有显著性差异外（ｘ２＝６．５，０．０１＜ｐ＜０．０５），与其它地区均无显著性差异（Ｐ＞０．０５）。

| Abstract: | The anti hepatitis C virus(anti HCV)ELISA diagnostic kits were used to detect the antibodies to hepatitis C virus(HCV)in 284 pupils in Zhangye region of Gansu province.The anti HCV positive rate was 2.8%(8/276).Compared with the reported anti HCV positive rate of natural inhibitants in Beijing,Shenzhen,Nanjing,except Qingdao,there was a significant difference armong those five (P<0 05) regions. |
