地鼠保护力试验检测流行性出血热疫苗的效力研究

应用金黄地鼠作动物模型测定国内外四种流行性出血热灭活疫苗的保护率，并测定相应的中和抗体进行比较，发现四种疫苗对动物的保护率均较明显优于其中和抗体水平。说明保护力试验能较全面反映ＥＨＦ疫苗的效力和质量水平。

Study of Protective Ability of HFRS Vaccine with Hamster Model

It was shown in our study that the hamsler is susceptible to hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrom(HFRS).We observed the protective ability of 4 types vaccine of HFRS made in China and Korea with hamster model by challenging virus and comparison with their ability of producing nutrilizing antibody.The result proved that this 4 type vaccine protective rate level are higher than their nutrilizing antibody titer.It is shown that protective ability test is much more represent the vaccine quality level.
