| Abstract: | Drug abuse has been a severe public health and social problem in the world. The essence of drug addiction is a pathological memory （addiction memory） based on alterations in gene expression and synaptic plasticity. Here we summarize recent findings in the neurobiological mechanisms of drug addiction. |
