| 摘 要： | 本文报道了以ＧＦＰ（绿色荧光蛋白）基因为报告基因，ｐｌ６基因为目的基因，将ｐｌ６基因分别插入ＧＦＰ基因的上游和下游，构建成ＧＦＰ－ｐｌ６融合基因表达载体ｐＣｐｌ６Ｇ和ｐＣＧｐ１６，并通过酶切、电泳技术对重组体进行了鉴定。该表达载体的构建成功为开展ｐｌ６转基因动物模型的建立及其特性研究奠定了基础

| Abstract: | We have constructed fusion gene expression vector,pCpl6G and pCGpl6,by instering pl6 gene into GFP gene N-and C-terminal respectively.The recombinant havebeen differentiated by the technology of restriction digest and electrophoresis.This study is the bese of establishing pl6 transgenia animal model and resarching its character. |
