| 摘 要： | 内毒素（endotoxin）是一种革兰阴性细菌细胞壁外膜的主要组成成分,其化学本质为脂多糖（lipopolysaccharide,LPS）,是诱发炎症反应过程中主要的致病成分。本文就细菌内毒素的信号通路、检测方法及抗内毒素药物的研发进行了综述。

| Abstract: | Endotoxin is the main component of the cell wall＇s ectoblast of Gram-negative bacteria.The chemical nature of endotoxin is lipopolysaccharide（LPS）.It is the main component in the process of induction of inflammatory reaction.This article summarizes the recent progress in studies on endotoxin signaling pathways,techniques used in endotoxin detection,and development of anti-endotoxin drugs. |
