缺血性中风动物模型研究现状

利用实验动物或细胞模型完全模拟人类的中风十分困难,动物模型与临床的拟合具有重要意义。本文对目前缺血性中风动物模型研究中的实验动物选择、模型评价标准及造模方法 ,以及主要局灶缺血模型的优缺点进行述评,为缺血性中风的基础和应用研究选择合适的实验动物模型提供参考。

Current Status of Research on Animal Models of Experimental Ischemic Stroke

It is of great importance to use animal models in research on human diseases. However,it is very difficult to establish laboratory animal models perfectly duplicating human diseases such as cerebral stroke. Thus the high similarity of animal models to clinical status is of great importance. In order to refer to more appropriate experimental animal model for basic and applied research of ischemic stroke,this article summarized research progress in research on experimental ischemic stroke models and reviewed the animal selection,evaluating standard,modeling method,major advantages and disadvantages of focal ischemic models.
