| 摘 要： | 2型糖尿病大鼠模型的建立能够为糖尿病及其并发症的发病机制、预防、诊断及治疗的研究提供理想的动物实验技术平台。2型糖尿病大鼠模型的成模率受多种因素的影响，本文就建立2型糖尿病大鼠模型的主要影响因素STZ的应用、高脂高糖饮食及大鼠的选择与饲养等做一综述。以期对建立2型糖尿病大鼠模型的方法提供一定的参考价值。

| Abstract: | The establishment of rat models of type 2 diabetes mellitus can provide an ideal animal experimental technology platform for the research of pathogenesis , prevention , diagnosis and treatment of diabetes mellitus and its com-plications .The establishment of type 2 diabetic rat models may be affected by various factors .In this paper , the main fac-tors, streptozotocin （STZ） application, high fat and calorie diet, selection and breeding of rats are reviewed , which will provide an important reference for the development of rat models type 2 diabetes. |
