Retro Tet gene expression system is a novel inducible eukaryotic gene expression system with high efficiency,stability,non toxicity and tight regulation.This system,which combines the advantages of the retroviral and Tet off/Tet on gene expression systems,has been successfully used in the screening of stable gene expressing cell lines together with the studies on regulation of gene expression and gene functions.Furthermore,it provides an excellent gene vector system for gene therapy as well.
