| 摘 要： | 中国鲎血蓝蛋白、破伤风类毒素、白喉类毒素和牛血清白蛋白与对氧磷偶合为人工抗原时最佳分子结合比分别为300,21-35,19和11mol/mol(10,32-53,30和17mol/15~5daltons)。结合比达6—10mol/10~5daltons以上,都有一定的免疫效果。

| Abstract: | The optimum hapten-carrier molecular ratios of paraoxon conjugated with Ta chypleus tridentatus hemocyanin, tetanus toxoid, diphtheria toxoid and bovine serum albumin are 300, 21-35, 19 and 11 mol/mol (10, 32-53, 30 and 17 mol/ 105daltons), respectively. There is definitive immunological effect as the conjugating ratios above 6-10 mol/105daltons in all artificial antigens studied. |
