摘    要:试验结果表明,在甘薯组织培养中液体培养不降低无菌苗生长势,对无菌苗生长有一定促进作用,适合于甘薯无菌苗的快速繁殖。液体培养20d比相同条件下固体培养的无菌苗植株高度高出63.16%,经方差分析,差异显著,具有统计学意义;液体培养60d比相同条件下固体培养的无菌苗植株高度,单株叶片数,单叶面积分别高出59.43%,106.70%,49.82%,经方差分析,前两者差异显著,具有统计学意义。

Abstract:The results from the test showed that the liquid culture could improve growth and was suitable for fast reproduction of sterile cuttings in the tissue culture of sweetpotato.The sterile cutting's height of the liquid culture for 20 days was 63.16 percent higher than that of the solid culture on the same condition.The effect of the liquid culture for 20 days on height of plant was significant by variance analysis.The height,number of leaves of each plant,area of each leaf of the sterile cutting cultured by liquid for 60 days was respectively 59.43,106.70,49.82 percent more than that of the solid culture on the same condition.And the effect of the liquid culture for 60 days on height of sterile cuttings,on number of leaves of each plant was significant by variance analysis.
