| 摘 要： | 本文比较了自制细胞培养基和日本1640产细胞培养基对人外周血单个核细胞活力的影响,结果表明两种细胞培养基用于PBMC培养24h、48h、72h后、自制细胞培养基培养的细胞存活率均明显高于日本产1640培养基(P<0.01).说明自制细胞培养基可取代日本产1640培养基而用于人PBMC的实验培养.

| Abstract: | The effects of self-mading medium and CM-1640 (Jaqan) on vitality of human monocyte in peripheral blood was studied in this papers, the results showed that the PBMC cultred for 24hr, 48hr and 72hr with above two medium, we found that the cell surviving rate in self-mading medium was much better than those in CM-1640 (P<0.01) , and the self-mading medium can replace CM-1640 to culture for human PBMC. |
