酵母饲料的营养价值及应用研究

摘    要:本文报道了以热带假丝酵母ZAU-1为生产菌株,应用固体发酵技术生产的酵母饲料的营养价值,并通过对比饲养试验评价应用效果。试验结果表明,粗蛋白提高11.97%,粗脂肪提高2.44倍;赖氨酸、蛋氨酸和苏氨酸分别提高80.00%、34.07%和69.42%;维生素B2提高11.41倍,B5和B6分别提高19.57%和68.84%;维生素E提高63.43倍,还含有维生素A和D3用多种微量元素。饲养试验结果

Abstract:The yeast feed fermented by Candida tropicalis ZAU--1 with solid state was a nutrient preparation,and the nutrients in yeast feed were analysed. A feeding trail was conducted to examine effectiveness of yeast feed. Experiment showed that its crude protein content of the yeast feed was increased by 11. 97 %, crude fat up to 2. 44 times ; lysine, methionine and serine increased by 80. 00%, 34. 07 %and 69. 42 %, respectively; vitamin B2,B5,B6 and E increased by 11. 41 times, 19. 57%, 68. 84 %and 63. 43 times, respectively; and alsorich in vitamin A, D3 and trace elements such as Cu, Fe,Mn, Zn and Co. Feeding trail demonstrated the yeast feed was a economical product instead of fishmeal as protein source, and its application was practical in the feed industry.
