摘    要:目的:对施入人参地的两株木霉菌的种群动态进行长期监测及回收毒力测定,为应用木霉菌安全、长期、有效防治根部病害提供理论依据。方法:采用木霉菌选择性培养基筛选法和平板对峙培养法,对木霉菌进行回收测定及毒力评价。结果:Th3080与Tv04-2在人参地土壤环境中定殖后可长期大量存活。150d检测时,木霉菌种群数量与初始投入量的比率平均为16.2%,最高达44.5%。两种木霉菌对3种人参病原菌的抑制率较原始菌株有所增强或无显著差异。结论:木霉菌引入土壤微生态后可以建立种群。木霉菌不仅可以长期大量存活,而且能很好的保持毒力。

Abstract:Objective:To study the dynamic change of two Trichoderma strains in ginseng field for a long time,and detected the virulence of the drawings,which support important theoretics for controlling the root-disease by Trichoderma safely,longly,and effectively.Methods:It adopted selective culture medium of Trichoderma and PDA culture medium to study the callbacks and detect the virulence.Results: It showed both Th3080 and Tv04-2 could exsit in the soil environment at a high number level.The average ratio of community amount to original is 16.2% when detected at 150d,with the most high 44.5%.Suppress on ratio of the Trichoderma to three ginseng pathogens raised or unchanged which compared to the original.Conclusion:The Trichoderma could stabilitate after putting into a strange micro-circumstance.They not only could keep a large number for a long time ,but also could keep their virulence stably.
