摘    要:苹果枝条用0.1%HgCI2磁力搅拌消毒15-20min,无菌水磁力搅拌清洗5次,每次5min。污染率和杀死率在10%以下,成功率90%左右,且无褐化。

Abstract:Apple shoots were segmented and submerged in 0.1 % HgCl2 solution. sterilized throughmagnetic stir for 15 - 20 minutes.Then they were cleansed in the same way in sterilizedwater 5 tAnes. every time 5 minutes. The materials were inoculated on MS media andcultured for 10 days. The results showed that under 10% of the cultures were contaminatedand killed respectively while about 90% of the cultures remained alive without contaminationor browning.
