摘    要:以蛋白质含量不同的两种小麦幼苗为材料,研究了经高浓度的盐胁迫后过氧化物酶(POD)同工酶、全蛋白质的变化。结果表明,植物处于高盐环境时,会诱导或抑制某些同工酶的产生,控制蛋白质的增加和降低,以适应盐胁迫下细胞内特殊的代谢反应,从而达到抵抗盐渍侵害的目的。

Abstract:Using the method of polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis(PAGE),two wheat cultivars with different protein content were used to analyze the changes of POD isozymes and protein undder salt treatent.The results showed that great changes were found in POD isoenzyme and protein composition and content.Some special isoenzyme were induced or inhibited,and some special protein band were expressed during salt stress.All the reaction meet the special metabolize reaction in the cell.,and at the same time the salt resistance of the wheat cultivars was raised.
