姬松茸原生质体诱变育种研究

摘    要:以姬松茸原生质体为诱变材料,用不同诱变剂紫外线(UV),钴60(Co^60),亚硝基胍(NTG)进行多次反复诱变处理,获得2株活性多糖产量较高,遗传稳定的变异株C811/N516。与出发菌株各项发酵指标比较,突变株其他各发酵特性变化不明显,而单位发酵液活性多糖含量分别提高260%和300%以上。

Abstract:Using the protoplasts of Agaricus blazei Murill (ABM) as mutagenesis materials,and treated by UV, 60Co and NTG singlely and combinationly,two mutant strains,C811,N516,were obtained.Their functional polysaccharide yield was stable and more than the parent strain in the mycelia culture by liquid media.Moreover,these polysaccharides were also able to proliferate of spleen lymphocyte in vitro significantly.Compared with original strain,C811, N516 were more 260% and 300%,respectively,in addition to the other same fermentation attributes.
